Yesterday, we celebrated, and mourned the losses of real, live heroes and heroines. We look up to these men and women, with all the apparent respect in the world… the problem is, when they’re not in uniform, we treat them far worse than we would treat our civilian neighbors… all the while, many of us unwittingly support the monsters, against which these brave souls fight and die.

Handling the problems effectively solves two issues – keeping the tenant satisfied and making sure a property suffers the least damage possible in an emergency.

I bought her a sympathy card and then felt that at such a difficult time in her life it was so inadequate. So I wrote her the following letter and share it with you because I believe my message to her is timeless in a time of need.
